Low Back Pain Sucks!

The exercises that I am presenting is not a prescription of how to cure your back pain.  Low back pain can be caused by a plethora of issues. It is imperative that all pain is evaluated by a qualified practitioner to ensure the safety and efficacy of a rehabilitative program.  The information presented, is merely a summary of proper execution of movements utilized to assist in the retraining of the neuromuscular system for mechanical low back pain.  It is clear in the literature that when we injure ourselves, our body will respond with an altered muscular recruitment pattern to protect it's self from further damage.
