 I first, would love to share with you some basics on the many amazing things that exercise accomplishes and why it is so important.  

Secondly, with so many options to work up a sweat today, I have provided links to some of my favorite workouts.

 Lastly, my reviews of a variety of local gyms that provide different strokes for different folks.  I am not saying that any option is better or worse than the other.  I just want you to find the option that excites and motivates you to move.

None of  listed information is a prescription for exercise. You should always be evaluated by a health care professional prior to onset of any exercise program.

This page is merely a tool to help educate and get you to the right place or person . It is easy to get over stimulated with information, time and cost.  Being a parent, coach, and doctor I understand that time and money yet for our health exercise is just not an option it is required.

The options to get a workout in at a gym are amazing.  Amazing both in cost, simplicity, and customization.  It is important to find a place that you want to be, not have to be.  If a gym is not your thing then your gym is everywhere! Gardening, walking etc.  The purpose of this link is to expose the local gyms that I have experience with and allow you to make your own choice. Again, move it or lose it!
